## **Financial Review**

Review of the charity’s  Para 1.21 As at 1 [st]  May 2020 we had<br>financial position at the<br>£16,513.50 in the bank with no<br>end of the period<br>outstanding debts<br>Statement explaining the Para 1.22 At this present time of non activity<br>policy for holding  all finances are held in Reserve<br>reserves stating why they<br>are held<br>Amount of reserves held Para 1.22 Whilst we have stated above<br>currently all monies are<br>considered to be in Reserve at this<br>time, special consideration has<br>been given for the funds raised<br>from ticket sales in 2020 (for the<br>postponed event) in case refunds<br>need to be made.<br>We are not in debt to any other<br>supplier so as when we are<br>actively functioning we will review<br>our current status and set a<br>reserve budget<br>Reasons for holding zero  Para 1.22 All monies are considered<br>reserves Reserves at this time.
