|Summary of the purposes of the<br>charity as set out in its governing<br>document|The objects of the Club are such purposes as are<br>exclusively charitable in England & Wales; including<br>encouraging service-minded people to serve their<br>community without personal reward; supporting<br>youth to develop their skills, capacities and<br>capabilities; promoting the Voluntary Sector for the<br>public benefit; the relief of poverty and the relief of<br>those in need; promoting for the benefit of the public<br>the conservation, protection and improvement of the<br>physical and natural environment.|
|Summary of the main activities in<br>relation to those purposes for the<br>public benefit, in particular, the<br>activities, projects or services<br>identified in the accounts.|The Club maintains a Local Nature Reserve with the<br>active assistance of several  volunteers; a weekly<br>youth club, for the age group 12-18 years and runs a<br>Community venue which includes regular Coffee &<br>Chat mornings for Senior Citizens. Welfare grants<br>are provided, in confidence, for those in need.<br>Members continue to deliver Prescriptions for those<br>unable to leave home. The Club also provides food<br>and household items for Families who are known to<br>be in financial distress.|

## **Responsibilities and basis of report** 

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 30/06/2025 

As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out  under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

## **Independent examiner's statement** 

I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention ( ~~other than that disclosed below *~~ ) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
