Meeting of the Trustees of Shackerstone Village Hall (Registered Charity No 1183288) on 9 June 2022, at 58 Church Walk, Shackerstone

Annual General Meeting

PRESENT: Aubrey Chalmers, Karen McPhunn and Diane Gane

1. Aubrey Chalmers reported on the resignation of James Churchill

2. Karen McPhunn was welcomed to the meeting.

3. Aubrey explained the purpose of the charity was to provide facilities for the inhabitants of the village, including meetings, classes, social gatherings and other forms of recreation. The public benefit from events like summer garden fete, tombola, tea and cake event, ladies group.

RESOLVED

1. To fill the holding trustee vacancy caused by the departure of James Churchill.

2. To appoint a new Trustee.

3. Aubrey explained for the benefit of Karen McPhunn the Charity Commission registered in May 2019, charity number 1183288.

4. A copy of the Shackerstone Village Hall A Charitable Incorporated Organisation Constitution was given to Karen McPhunn.
