## **The Time to Shine Project** ## **Annual report for the period 01/10/2023 to 30/09/2024** ## **Activities** During spring 2024 we funded and ran a 10 week Singing for Mental Wellbeing project at a mental health hub in Whitstable. This was very well received by the participants, many of whom reported improvements in their mental wellbeing and confidence. The project featured on the BBC One Show programme and ended with a performance for friends and family. We successfully applied for a grant of £11,100 from the Lottery fund. The grant is to be used for similar projects that meet our charitable aims over the next two years. The first project is planned to start in January 2025 at a Community Support Centre in Herne Bay. ## **Finance** During the period, the Charity received income of £11,511. The sources of income were donations (£196), fundraising (£215), the Lottery Fund grant (£11,100).
