Para 1.20 | Supported people with challenges whether they be due to physical, occupation or metal health, location, transport or childcare to undertake work experience to facilitate them to join the workforce in rural Lincolnshire. To encourage those employers in the rural community to consider taking on ‘challenged’ employees with the support of LRC. 2023-2024 was a year of transition from LRC to LRC T/A The Serendipity Foundation with the employment of a CEO, creating a new website, re-branding, broadening the mission statement. |
