**Objects:** TO ADVANCE IN LIFE, RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 30 LIVING IN RURAL AREAS OF THE WOLDS AND BROADER EAST LINDSEY AREAS OF LINCOLNSHIRE BY PROVIDING GRANTS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE DESIGNED TO:(A) ADVANCE EDUCATION;(B) RELIEVE UNEMPLOYMENT;(C) PROVIDE SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.

**Activities:** Lincolnshire Rural Challenge t/a The Serendipity Foundation aims to support people 16 and over in Lincolnshire who are seeking permanent employment.  We provide grant funding, workshops, training and access to mental health support.
