The maln achievements of Ihe Chanty this year was an increase in numbers of famils accessing the Sensory R￿n￿PlaY Room during this time. We started a Home Education Grou￿r￿ler 58 group vthich started with one or Iwo parents. We now have a regular group of atound 8110 patents and around 10115 hildren attending on a Monday 1(kl.30pm. 4. This is due to be fixed in January 2024. The insurance that we hold w¢)uld not cover the cost so Lisa amazingty raised £9,000 towards the total cost of £15,000. We are awaitsng an outGome of a grant of £10,¢Jixi which h¢)pe will cover the remainder. Actlvltles 1. Sensory Soft P contrnued to run thelr weekty Saturday Sessions 1 Juty 2022-30 June 2023. We ran 38 sessions during this time provkling 7 hour8 per knwkend of resprte for parenvcarers. 2. The numbers of chiklren increased during thi8 time. 3. We also provKled 3 Holiday Clubs funded by Ha8tlngs Activrty Fund Summer Club- 3 days on sfte and a trip out to Rare Breed8 Christmas Club- 3 days on site Trip to the Pantomime - we took 40 chiklren (parent acccfflpan￿d). Easter Club in April 2023 - 3 days on site and a trip out to the Blackbery Farm. 4. Prowded 5 Forest Sch￿1 8essions at St Helens Wo facilitated by Snape WcKxl. 5. We held a Fund Raising Event on 1￿ April 2023, we were very unfortunate with the weather but it was highly $uccessful and supported by many families.
