Summary ofthe main
achievements

during the year
Spaniels4Life
isa non-profit
organisation
run by volunteers

three Trustees and asmall team ofAdmins.
Membership

Spaniels4Life isopen to anybody
wishing to donate, participate or
volunteer to help us achieve our goals. Our aim isto raise money forour
12beneficiaries to relieve the suffering ofunwanted,
abused and

with afocus on helping
different breeds ofspanish. We support beneficiaries
in the UK, USA,
Australia
and South Africa.
We raise awareness
ofthe work our beneficiaries
do by sharing stories of
their work within our fundiaising
Facebook group and our dedicated
Facebook page.
Our beneficiaries aho share our fundraisers
with their
own membem on their Facebook pages with links tojoin our fundraising
activities.
Each beneficiary
is allocated one or more slots during the year
where we fundmise
solely for them. This can be a week, 2weeks, ora
month.
Sometimes we can be asked to fundraise
fora particular dog
who needs lifesaving
treatment
but mainly
it is to help them with the day-
toMay care ofthe dogs who they care for. We then have 2extra special
fundraisers
during the year where
all 12beneficiaries
take part. These
are New Year's Eve which isa 24-hour only fundraiser raSe with one
beneficiary
winning
the raffle takings and then the first 2weeks in July is
our Birthday fundraiser
whem
afi beneficiaries
reix.ive ashare ofthe total
raised.
At the end ofeach fundraiser
afi money raised
in that period is sent to the
beneficiary we are supporting
at that particular time.
This means that our
PayPal/Bank
balance goes back to zero. Funds are raised through,
raffles, games and auction afi completed
online.
Trustees, Admins and
some ofour members
donate items for us to use as RaNe/Gams
prizes
and auction items.
All money raised goes directly to the beneficiary.
We also have a prize account where Trustees and afew ofour members
donate money for us to use to buy prizes for future raSes orauction
items.
