Achievements & Performance:

The past year has been one of dynamic movement and meaningful growth across our fellowship. It’s been a season filled with new beginnings, fruitful labour, and a growing sense of momentum as God continues to advance His kingdom through our churches.

Across the UK, momentum is building as several congregations have moved into their newly purchased church buildings—most notably, our churches in Birmingham and Preston. Others are steadily progressing toward completing property purchases in the coming year, a clear sign of both spiritual and structural stability.

April brought our much-anticipated Rotherhithe Conference, where Pastor Paul Stephens alongside our own UK leaders brought timely words. It was a time of clarity and commission, where vision was stirred and faith was renewed. The most exciting moment of the week was announcing several new church plants:

Domestic

In May, our UK Pastors Seminar gathered over 100 couples—alongside many others tuning in via livestream—for a powerful time of ministry and encouragement. Many testified of how deeply the messages spoke to them, describing it as a refreshing pause amidst the pressures of ministry.

Pastors Nigel Brown and Fred Rubi continued travelling across the UK, leading local rallies and leadership roundtables in nine different locations. These gatherings proved instrumental in building local church unity and equipping leaders for the work ahead.

During the summer, our Harvesters Homecoming events in Croydon and Norwich brought together each region's pastors and congregations for a time of reconnection and redirection. With a vibrant atmosphere and a tangible sense of God's presence, these events have quickly become cornerstone moments in our national calendar. Excitingly, from 2025, Derby, Wembley, and Northampton will begin hosting their own Harvesters, increasing our total to five.

October's Waltham Forest Conference closed out the year with power and purpose. Pastors Greg Mitchell and Kevin Foley brought strong, Spirit-led preaching to a full house each night, as we rejoiced in a new wave of church plants and leadership transitions. It was a week marked by passion, joy, and clear direction. As always, the Friday night announcements was the highlight of the entire week. The following couples where announced for new works:

Domestic

Looking forward, we are filled with expectation. The vision is expanding, and the labourers are ready. We hold firm in prayer for these new works—that God would guide, provide, and bring lasting fruit through their efforts in the year ahead.

Over the past year, our Pastor's executive website has become a valuable resource hub, providing accessible information to all our pastors. The website offers a range of useful templates and documents to facilitate smooth operations with some Pastoral responsibilities, including templates for requesting support, guidelines for caring for Impact Teams and Bands, and policies for Care of Evangelists. Additionally, downloadable resources are available to assist with setting up as a registered Charity Incorporated Organisation (CIO), as well as information on pastoral moral integrity and UK copyright laws for using third-party images. We will continue to regularly update the website with new files and information that we believe will be beneficial to our local pastors and churches.
