Achievements & Performance:
As we reflect on the past year, we are filled with gratitude and joy as we see our churches flourishing and making progress. It has been an incredible journey, marked by significant milestones and achievements.
In the UK, we have witnessed God's favour as several churches have successfully completed the purchase of their own buildings including our fellowship churches in Wembley and Bolton. We are also excited to know that other churches are currently working towards completing their purchases in 2024.
Our annual Rotherhithe Conference in April was a powerful event, featuring guest speaker Pastor Richard Rubi as well as local UK pastors. The conference was filled with excitement and anticipation as attendees left feeling inspired and motivated. During the conference, we celebrated the launch of five new churches:
Matthew & Shannon Bishton : Liverpool, out of Digbeth, Birmingham
Mo & Nicole Mukanga : Wednesbury, out of Wolverhampton
Daniel & Saskay Campbell : Epsom, Surrey, out of Wandsworth
Olu & Lauren Aseru : Romford, out of Wandsworth
Oggs & Sheri Tia-Okwee : Bracknell, out of Reading
Wonyo & Rumbi Setufe : Dartford, out of South London
The UK Pastors seminars in May were a huge success, attracting over 90 ministerial couples and missionaries via livestream. The sermons resonated deeply with attendees, who left feeling blessed, refreshed and rejuvenated.
Ps Nigel Brown and Ps Fred Rubi continued their efforts, conducting Pastors leadership tables and local victory rallies across nine locations in the country. At these events, pastors and church members in each locale not only came together to hear uplifting and inspiring sermons but also to strengthen their relationships and brotherly bonds.
Our Harvesters Homecoming events in Croydon and Norwich were a highlight of the summer, where on-field pastors and churches of each wing gathered to celebrate God's blessings and purpose. According to reports, the atmosphere at each of the two events was electric, with attendees leaving feeling grateful and encouraged.

The Waltham Forest Conference in October was our final major event of the year, featuring Pastors Greg Mitchell and Tom Payne. With over 1000 attendees each night, the venue was packed to capacity! We celebrated new missionaries, local church plants, and ministerial changes – an unforgettable experience!
We are excited for the riveting announcements:
-
Arima, Trinidad : Kevyn & Sabreena Wilson (Curepe Church)
-
Paris, France: Jose & Hazel Almeida Santos (Derby Church)
-
Flic En Flac, Mauritius: Desmond & Christine Croasdale (Waltham Forest Church)
We welcomed Pastoral changes:
-
Lewis & Laura Avelino : Assistants at Waltham Forest Church
-
Sean & Tegan Brick : New pastors at Middlesborough Church
-
Olufemi & Stephanie Salisu : New pastors at Holloway Church
-
Emmanuel & Ingrid Tebesenghe : New pastors at Sydenham Church
-
Carlton & Nicole Williams : New pastors at West Bromwich Church
We are also thrilled to announce new church plants in:
-
Manchester: Roben & Eleni Gangaidzo (Derby Church)
-
Oldham, Greater Manchester: Favour & Itunu Imade (Bolton Church)
-
Willesden, North London: Andrea & Simone Okezue (Wembley Church)
As we look to 2024, we are filled with gratitude for God's blessings and anticipation for the year ahead. We pray for our new churches to commence their efforts on the harvest fields with fruitfulness and favour in their area of labour.
Over the past year, our Pastor's executive website has become a valuable resource hub, providing accessible information to all our pastors. The website offers a range of useful templates and documents to facilitate smooth operations with some Pastoral responsibilities, including templates for requesting support, guidelines for caring for Impact Teams and Bands, and policies for Care of Evangelists. Additionally, downloadable resources are available to assist with setting up as a registered Charity Incorporated Organisation (CIO), as well as information on pastoral moral integrity and UK copyright laws for using third-party images. We will continue to regularly update the website with new files and information that we believe will be beneficial to our local pastors and churches.

STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES' RESPONSIBILITIES
The law applicable to charities in England and Wales, the Charities Act 2011, Charity (Accounts and Reports)
Regulations 2008 and the provisions of the trust deed requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources, including the income and expenditure, of the charity for that period. In preparing those financial statements, the trustees are required to
-
select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently;
-
observe the methods and principles in the Charity SORP;
-
make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent;
-
state whether applicable accounting standards have been followed, subject to any material departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements;
-
prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the charity will continue in business.
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act 2011, the Charity (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 and the provisions of the trust deed. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
Approved by order of the board of trustees on 27/08/24 and signed on its behalf by:
