THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE: 4.1 TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF FAITH IN THE ATTACHED SCHEDULE BY CO-ORDINATING THE WORK OF POTTERS HOUSE CHURCHES AND LICENSING PASTORS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM; 4.2 SUCH PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND ARE CONNECTED WITH THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHURCH. 4.3 PROMOTING THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF MEMBER CHURCHES.
Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit) During this period the Charity was incorporated, with suitable trustees recruited and appointed. The Charity has held it’s first trustee meetings, and has begun to put in place necessary processes, procedures and policies.
It’s purpose is to act as an umbrella body for the Potters House Christian Fellowship UK churches, by providing XYZ.
The trustees have considered the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit and, in particular, the specific guidance on charities for the advancement of religion.

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
The Charity was incorporated, with trustees appointed. We have begun to hold our first trustee meetings, and put in place necessary processes, procedures and policies.
This year was a quite year without any major decisions being made. The CIO is setup to deal with emergencies and fortunately there hasn’t been anything that needs our intervention.
