Para 1.20 | The charity has raised £34,250 in donations during the school year. The improvement of the wifi means that all areas of the school benefits from reliable wifi service which is vitally important as the school increasingly relies on educational resources that are now available only online. This is for both planning of lessons and delivery in the classroom. The Sheen Mount branded kits enable all children representing the school in sports events to have appropriate kit. This investment reflects the importance that the school places on physical activity and sport. The entry gate/ car park system improves the security of the school site for all users and supports more efficient and safer administration of the after school provision benefitting children, parents and staff. |

After the funding of the projects, general expenses and banking/accounting fees totalling £868, the net cash movement was -£5453 |

Para 1.25 | (1) There must be at least 3 trustees, Apart from the first trustees, every trustee must be appointed for a term of 3years by a resolution of the trustees, passed at a special meeting called under clause 15 of this deed. (2) ln selecting individuals for appointment as trustees, the trustees must have regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the effective administration of the charity. (3) The trustees must keep a record of the name and address and the dates of appointment, reappointment and retirement of each trustee. (4) The trustees must make available to each new trustee, on his or her first appointment: a. a copy of this deed and any amendments made to it; b. a copy of the charity's latest report and statement of accounts.
