Noorie Mission Report of the Trustees For the Year Ended 30 June 2024 The Trustees present their report and the financial statements as a charitable incorporated organisation (CIO) for the year ended 30 June 2024. ststement of Trustees, responsibilities Law applicable to charities in England & Wales requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the charity's financial activities during the period and of its financial position at the end of the period. In preparing financial statements giving a true and fair view, the Trustees should following best practice and.. select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently-, observe the methods and principals in the Charrties SORP. make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent., state whether applicable UK Accounting Standards and statements of recommended practice have been followed, subject to any material departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements. prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the charity will continue in business. The Trustees are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act 2011. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities. Objectives and Activities The organisation is involved with the provision of educational support at the Noorie Mission High School and College in Pakistan. It also provides support for an Islamic Mosque Centre, and provides financial assistance and food packs for the poor and needy. Page 2

Noorie Mission Notes to the Financial Statements For the Period Ended 30 June 2024 Accounting Policies Basis of Accounting These accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention with items recognised at cost or transaction value unless otherwise stated in the relevant notes to these accounts, and with the Statement of Recommended Practice.. Accounting and Reporting By Charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS102) issued on 16th July 2014. 1.2 Going Concern The trustees consider that there are no material Un￿rtaIntieS about the charity's ability to continue as a going concern. 1.3 Income The charity's income is derived from donations and is recognised when the charity becomes entitled to such resources. Responsibilities and basis of report As the charity's trustees. you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordan￿ with the requiremenls of the Charities Act 2011 l.the Art.) I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in Carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145{5)(b} of the Act. Independent I have completed my examination. I confim that no material matters havè examiner's statsment come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect.. the accounting records were not kept in accordance with $e¢tion 130 of the Charities Act- or the accounts did not accord with the accounting records., or the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the fomi and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports> Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fairf view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
