**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY MAKING PUBLIC PATHWAYS FOR CYCLING, WALKING AND RECREATIONAL USE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RECREATIONAL CHARITIES ACT. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].

**Activities:** The object of the CIO is to promote community participation in healthy recreation for the public benefit by making public pathways for cycling, walking and recreational use in accordance with the recreational charities act.  We are funded by charitable donations from both the public, private and charitable sectors.  Our operations are within the United Kingdom.
