The Saleem Foundation - Chairman's Re ort 202312024 Our mission statement is to change lives and build hope but to do this it was important we raised funds first, othe￿iSe we would be unable to support individuals and organisations through our grant making scheme. Through the hard work and determination of the Trustees, members and organisations thal partnered with us, the fund raising was far more successful than we could have imagined. Thanks has to be given to the driving force behind The Saleem Foundation - for their unending determination to make that mission statement a reality and we know that we have already begun to make a difference. This year the Foundation grew from strength to strength. We continued our community groups adding extra groups dealing with important issues that affect us The Kuppa Club, a social club helping people find confidence of the outside world has really grown since its launch, it has become so much more then a talk group and has developed into a community events group. This club has grown and become a community hub which we aim to expand further going fowards. As we look forward, we aim to continue with our amazing clubs and also look to expand, we also aim to raise awareness by taking part in different projects as we feel this connects better with people and in return we then raise awareness for serious causes. There have been many organisations, schools, businesses and individuals that have helped the Foundation along the way and our sincere thanks goes to them, along with the local Police, local churches and mosques and religious communities and the local Council. The biggest vote of thanks must go to all of the hands-on Saleem Foundation trustee and members, team who go above and beyond in their efforts to support the Foundalion and help make a difference to change lives and build hope.
