As the trustees of the charity. you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts- you consider
that an audit is not required under $144121 of the Charities Aci 2011 and that an Independent
Examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under s145 ofthe 2011 Act
Follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners
(Under s14515l of the 2011 A¢tl- and
State whether particular matters have come to my attention.
8a$i$ of Examlner's Statement
My report is in r8spect of an examination carried oui under s145 of the Act and in accordance with
directions given by the Charity Commissioners under subsection 5lbl of that section. An ex8minatlon
includes a review of the accouniing records kept by the council of management and 8 comparison of
the accounts presented with those records which is primarily limited to analytical procedures and to
the making ol such enquiries of the council ol management as was necessary lor the purpos8s of this
report. The procedures unoertaken do not constitute an audit.
Independent Examiners Report
In connection with my examination no matter has come to myattention..
Which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements to
keep accounting recoras in accordance with s130 of the 201 l Act and to piepare accounts
which accord with the accounting record and to comply with the requirement of the 2011 have
not been met- Of
