Our mawi focus this year has tX9en to find the fijnding for the start of our
new buthl. This has been through grant applications, attending local
events and hokding a stall selling homemade Christmas cards, the buy a
brick scheme. invofv￿gI donat￿n$ from Ihe local and widèr cornmunity
groups who havè raised moni8s for the new build project.

The new build project is nearty complete after the actual building starting
in April. We hav8 had a phenomenal support from tt)e local community

We have set aside £30,0￿ as a contingency plan against c105ure and
redundancy and k)w birth tale years, and th¢s amount rèmains the same
throughout the year. We have a building fund where monies are ring-
fenced in our deposit acc%)unl towards our new buikjing. This money is
added lo through fees and through fund raising.
