**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE THE ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THROUGH THE ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING OF AN ART GALLERY, THE PROMOTION OF CONTEMPORARY ART, THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF CONTEMPORARY ART AND THE PROVISION OF WORKSPACE AND SERVICES TO ARTISTS.
