**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE TO:TO MAINTAIN, IMPROVE AND ADVANCE THE AWARENESS OF THE PUBLIC FOR WIND ORCHESTRAL MUSIC THROUGH FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE PRACTICE AND PERFORMANCE OF WIND BAND MUSIC; BY REPRESENTING AND FURTHERING THE INTERESTS OF THE WIND BAND SECTOR IN WALES COMPRISING OF SUPPORTING ALL THOSE ACTIVITIES THAT ARE ASSOCIATED WITH WIND BANDS THROUGH FINANCIAL GRANTS; BY ANY MEANS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT.(SEE CONSTITUTION PART 1 SECTION 3)

**Activities:** To maintain, improve and advance the education of the public through financial support for the practice and performance of wind band music; By representing and furthering the interests of the wind band sector in Wales comprising of supporting all those activities that are associated with wind bands through financial grants; by any means as the trustees see fit
