**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO IS TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN IN WALES, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THEIR NEEDS THROUGH HIGH QUALITY CHILDCARE PROVISION.

**Activities:** As a childcare facility and operate in the small village of Holt, Wrexham.  We operate from our premises which is attached to Holt Community Primary School.  As a childcare facility we work closely with the school to prepare our children for the next stage of education.  We look after and provide education support to children between the ages of 2 and 5.
