We have also continued with the initiative start¢d 2 years ago for the school and community called'creative Cultural Communities" ('fCC") which focuses on music. sports, art and science initiatives. Having been approached to assisi with a"Hadlow Down Speed Reduction" proj¢ct we set aside £l(K)O in a designat¢d fuDd last year but nothing bas actioned yel $0 this remaAns in place. Two grants were obtained this year. £3(K)O from Chalk Cliff towards a SEND sensory room as St. Mark's continues io have an alx)ve average SEND cohort some with substantial needs. A second grant for £5250.00 was granted by A4A (Awards 4 All, part of the Lottery) and this has gone towards the above mentioned Spurgeons Counselling. We remain particularly grntefill io Buxt¢d Consiruction Limite4 a local business. who have supported us since we began this Charity with an annual th)nation of £5000 and this y¢ar was no differ¢nt. Total receipts were £13290.32 comprising: £8250.tK) grants tRF]' gross parent donations £lO.l)O tUF] and business donations £5000.(M) mentioned aEx)ve: £30.32 GiftAid claimed tUF]. Total payments were £18042.42 comprising: £16330.13 charitsble activities - (£140.00 tUF]' £2802.23 [DF], £13387.90 [RF]); £1712.29 fund raising costs made up of £2.49 Kindjink charge& £59.80 bank charges and £1650.00 bid writing fees tUF & DF]. The defIcit of receipts over payments was therefore £4752.1 O and the end of year balance w&s £16346.07. The Lharity does not have any investments or loans. All fimds are held in the curr¢nt aullI but divided between internal "Unrestricied funds, £8875.59. "Designa*d funds- £7470.48 and "Restrictrd funds" £0.00.
