On behalf of the charity trustees, the charity confirms that any debts and other liabilities (as listed below) of the CIO have been settled or otherwise provided for in full
Final liabilities included
- £550 Professional fee for accompanist for rehearsals and concert performance.
- £450 to resident conductor for services provided. Including - Fiesta Whitley Bay - 6th October 2024
- £204 final account for rehearsal venue hire
This left £123.43 at bank, which was agreed would be donated to Aria Alba.
The Trustees also discussed other assets in the ownership of the company.

The keyboard and stage lighting are to be donated to Aria Alba. The remaining low value assets were disposed of, or donated to local charity shops.
