The main obieGtves of the charity in accordance with the 2022 Act are to provide pre4chool educètion for children aged 2 -
4 from B855ingboum and th8 surrounding ￿a5. We aim to provide a safe. secure & sbmulating environment In whlch
ehildren can laarn and d&velop. Wè aim to provide equal opportunities to all children & their familie$. Wg firmly believe in the
value ol leaming through play & the chikjren are encouraged to choose from a number of ￿arnned activities in line with 8arfy
leaTning goats 8nd 01sted. Our curriculum has recently been reviewed. Bassingbourn Pre-school recognises that childien
no￿ a earing. supportfva a￿1 nurturirtg ènvironm8nt to 8nablè thèm t(> reach theirfull learning potential. The ¢harity aims to
provide ac14Vitios and resovrcas that will 8ngage and support &ach individual child. Working within tho Earfy Years
Foundation Stage framework the prac11t￿nerS use observations, Interactions and information Irorn parents and ¢arers to
enable each child to meet their cuniculum goals. The pre-school is proud of the achievement of all its pupils 2nd 5tÈff.

C8nce thrwgh the Local Authority to allow th8 charity to fundraisè lagally whèn nè8d8d.

Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charty's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordan¢e with the
requirements of the Charities Act 2022 Ilhe Acl'l.
I report In respect of my examination of the charitys acc￿nts carried out under Section 145 of th8 Act
and in caryng out my examination I have followed all the applicable Diredions given by the Charity
Commission under section 14515llbl of the Act.

I have completed my examirt8tion. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination giving me cause lo belleve that in any material respect=
accounting records were not kept in respect of the charity as required by Secti￿ 130 of Ihe Act or.,

the acLounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the fomi and content of
accounts set out in the CharitEs {Accounls and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any
