Woodland Imps playgroup is a charity run playgroup. We offer playgroup sessions that are 2.5 hrs long Monday to Friday from 9.15 to 11.45 am and 12.15 to 2.45 pm. We also offer full day wrap around care from 8 am to 5.30pm. We run a walking bus to the local school for nursery children, taking and picking up from school. We Follow the government curriculum and follow the footsteps for planning. We accept Early entitlment for funding and the childcare offer. During this financial year we made **£36631.85** from fees paid by parents, early entitlment, the childcare offer children were entitled to plus a grant from Moondance Foundation for **£3200.00** and a grant from EE support for **£1000.00** . We also had donations from staff lottery wins for the total of **£40.00** over the year. We paid out **£33543.32** in rent, wages, equipment (expenses), pensions, HMRC and accountancy fees. We made a profit of **£3088.53** for this financial block, this helped us the following financial year. 

We have a reserve policy that we must always have at least **£5500** in the bank account in the case of closer and staff redundance pay. 

No fund-raising advents were run due to the covid 19 and restriction by the government on number of people that could be in 1 place at 1 time. The playgroup closed for 2 weeks the beginning of January 2021 due to covid lockdown, but re opened mid-January to help with childcare for key workers.
