set up in February 2020 in the

A Music Performance Anxiety workshop helped 6 participants with mental health problems to perform at an open mic night in October 2019. The workshops gave people the confidence to perform on stage in an informal setting in front of friends and family. The charity has funded one to one instrumental tuition for 20 adults with mental health problems in 2020. The tuition has helped people to progress with their musicianship and access our performance and recording opportunities.
