**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY SHALL BE:1. TO ADVANCE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF, THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS BY ANY MEANS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT, INCLUDING THROUGH THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND RECITALS.

**Activities:** The Chagford Singers is a non-audition community choir in Chagford on Dartmoor, open to all. We meet weekly during term time for rehearsing and developing choral skills and prepare for three or more concerts a year, sometimes in collaboration with other musical groups. Our aim is to make singing an enjoyable experience for all and to bring a wide repertoire to our audiences in a rural location.
