We present our report and accounts for activities included over the period April 2022 – April 2023. 

## **Management Structure and Details** 

Coalition Peace is a registered CIO with the Charity Commission. It is currently managed on a voluntary basis by a team of dedicated volunteers and is governed by a Board of Trustees. Trustees are appointed at the agreement of the Board and are typically recruited through networks, referrals and reappointment. These trustees were recruited before the formalisation of CIO status and no new trustees have been recruited since 2018. 

## **Activities and Objectives** 

The objectives of Coalition Peace are for the global advancement of human rights, conflict resolution and reconciliation with a view to enabling community-driven social cohesion and trust-building programmes resulting in the advancement of positive peace and development after instability. Since the set up of the organisation, Coalition Peace has focussed on building networks with international partners and share the vision of the organisation. It has worked towards this this through wider networking at PeaceCon 2018, a discussion at the House of Lords (2018), RightsCon (2021) and various discussions with key stakeholders to the organisation. In engaging with experts in this area and the wider public, we have been able to develop vital input into the progression of our activities going forward. Nevertheless, our activities have been restricted due to capacity of the voluntary team and challenges presented by the Covid-19 pandemic. Since 2021, activities of Coalition Peace have been limited due to these capacity limitations, mainly providing supportive and advisory roles to key partners in the global south. 

## **Financial Review** 

To date, Coalition Peace has had zero income and expenditure. Operations are conducted on a voluntary basis, therefore there are no overheads or reserves accrued. There is no active bank account registered in the UK and no reserve funds to date. Dormant accounts are outlined below.
