To provide facilities and opportunities in the interest of social welfare for recreation, sport, art and/or other leisure time participation for adults and children to enable them to excel, who have a need by reason of disability, financial hardship and or social circumstances by the promotion of waste reduction through re-use, reclamation, recycling, and the redeployment of surplus products
Objects: The relief for the public benefit of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. The provision of facilities, equipment and funding for recreational pursuits intended to bring the quality of life of the beneficiaries to a reasonable standard. The advancement of environmental improvement for the public benefit by the promotion of recycling and sustainable waste management in particular but not exclusively by (a) the promotion of waste reduction, reuse reclamation, recycling, use of recycled products and the use of surplus (b) advancing the education of the public about all aspects of waste generation, waste management and waste recycling.
