**Objects:** TO IMPROVE THE MENTAL HEALTH OF PEOPLE WITH A FOCUS ON MEN IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH EVIDENCE-BASED, PERSON-CENTRED COUNSELLING, PSYCHOTHERAPY AND CONTACT ORIENTATED PROJECTS DELIVERED PRIMARILY OUTDOORS.

**Activities:** To improve the mental health of people with a focus on men in particular but not exclusively through evidence-based, person-centred counselling, psychotherapy and contact orientated projects delivered primarily outdoors. Current focus is on activity in the Northumberland in the North East of the UK.
