**Activities:** To relieve the suffering of animals in need of care and attention and, in particular, to provide and maintain a rescue and rehoming service for the reception, care and treatment of stray dogs and cats from Romania who by reason of abandonment, neglect or mistreatment are in need of such care and attention.
