**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ADVANCE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF THE CREATIVE ARTS, INCLUDING ALL FORMS OF SELF-EXPRESSION, BOTH AMATEUR AND PROFESSIONAL AND SPECIFICALLY SUCH ART CREATED BY REFUGEES OR IMMIGRANTS TO THE UK AND THEIR DESCENDANTS THROUGH, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THE PROVISION OF AN ANNUAL FESTIVAL, OR AS THE OCCASION MAY ARISE, OF PUBLIC CONCERTS, PERFORMANCES AND EXHIBITIONS.

**Activities:** The Insiders/Outsiders Arts Foundation was established expressly to support the year-long nationwide not-for-profit Insiders/Outsiders Festival, which ran from March 2019 until March 2020 and celebrated the contribution to British culture of refugees from Nazi Europe (see https://insidersoutsidersfestival.org/). It continues to offer a rich programme of online events on relevant topics.
