**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO IS TO PROVIDE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF EGTON PARISH AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD(HEREINAFTER CALLED THE "AREA OF BENEFIT") IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS

**Activities:** To provide a sports field in the village of Egton including pavilion, cricket pitch and practice nets for senior and junior cricket teams.  A tennis/netball court is provided and also a children's play area.  A playing field is maintained for any other sporting activities required.

**Area of benefit:** FOR THE INHABITANTS OF EGTON PARISH AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
