The year 2024-2025 maTkeA a defining puiod in the journey of Muslimah Sports As￿lation. It wa8 a year
that combined reflection on a decade of impacl with conlinued gro￿￿ national recognition and strengthened
delivery. As Chair of Tntstce& I am pmud to present this rqJorL which retlects both the resilieDce of the
orgallisation and the colknive commitment of those who wntTibut¢ io ils work.
This year. we ¢eld)rated the tenth anniversary of Muslimab StM)rts AsXK1atio￿ a significant milestone thal
recogoised tej) years of sustained effort to incre&qe acc￿$ to s￿)rt. Physi￿ activily 8nd wellbeing for
Muslim women and 8irls. The a7miversary event brought togdlLer participant& volunteers. partners and
support¢rs. and served as a powerful reminthr of the organisation's grassroots beginnings and the S￿1¢ of
impact achievd thtvugh ￿MMUni1y-lCd a￿10n. It was an opportimity to acknowledge the women and
voluntcers whose dedication b&s sbaped the cbarity's vajues and direction ovff thc past decade.
Thc year was further distinguished by th¢ r¢c¢ipt of the King's Award for Voluntary Scrvice, the highes¢
national honour for volunt¢er groups in the Ujjiied Kingdom. This presligious recognition affimjed the
exceptional contribution of Muslimth Spots Asswiation's voluniem their rolc in brcaking down
barrttts, strengthcning communitie5 and improving liv￿ through sw)rt. The trustees regard this award a8
both a moment of pride and a r&qw&nsibility lo continue upholding the standards and values it represents.

wellbeing programmes. responding to growing demand across the eommunities w¢ serve. Participalion and

The Staicment of Financial Activities show incomiD8 resourczs for the year of £119.096 {2024: £104,232)
and oul80in8 rcsourccs of £83,156 (2024: £74,183), making a nel overall surplus of £35,940 (2024:
£30.049).

r￿lew. We are pl88sèd to announce that nèw str8t8gy will be 18unched in 2026 following this
work. We are looking forward growing. leaming and 8volvlng MSA to becomo the largest Sport8
charltyfor Muslim females in sport.

communities Kevin has written nalional strategies around Asian inclusion,
Refugees and Asylum seekers and Faith & Football. At BBC Studios Kevin
heads up workforce diversity and inclusion.

worked in th8 Further and Higher education 58clor for the 18St 20 years. Hor
drive for V￿Men 8 well-being comes from being involved in various Y￿rk-
