No fundraising, programme delivery, or grant-making activity took place. Trustee involvement was limited to maintaining the charity’s legal and regulatory compliance. 

The charity had **no income and no expenditure** during the reporting period. 

**£0** held at The charity’s financial position therefore remained unchanged, with reserves of the year end. 

Given the charity’s dormant status, the trustees consider the current level of reserves to be appropriate. 

The trustees will continue to review the charity’s future and explore opportunities to . resume charitable activities when circumstances allow
