**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH OF DISABLED ADULTS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES LIVING IN WEST YORKSHIRE, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF DAY TIME SUPPORT ACCESSIBLE FOR YOUNG ADULTS AND DISABLES STUDENTS WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY.

**Activities:** To start a Day centre specifically designed to cater for young adults aged 19 to 25 years old with physical and learning disabilities. Provide a positive, well resourced learning environment staffed by trained and committed professionals.Encouraging students to develop a positive attitude to learning, through the celebration of success and achievement.
