I report lo the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Rockys
Rescue, Chellenham, Gloucestershire CIO (Charity) for the year ended 31°
March 2023,
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the Charity, you are responsible for the preparation of
the accounls in accordance with the r8quiremenls of th& Charities Act 20111'lhe
Act'l.
I report in respect of my examination of the Chartty's accounts carried out under
section 145 of the Acl and in carrying out my examination I have followed all
applicable Directions given by the Charily Commission under section 145(5){bl
of the Acl.
Independent examinerfs statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm thal no material matters have come
lo my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe
that in any material respect..
accounting records were nol kept in respect of the Charity as required by
section 130 of the Act. or
the accounts do not accord with those records., or
the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements conc8rning the
form and content of accounts sel out in the Charities {Accounts and Reports)
Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the a¢¢ounls give a true and
fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent
examination.
I confirm that there are no other mallers to which your attention should be drawn
to enable a proper understanding of the accounts lo be reached.
