TRUSTEES REPORT FOR CHERUBIM & SERAPHIM CHURCH, ERITEDO EROMIMO FOR 1ST OF APRIL 2024 TO 31 MARCH TO 2025

The Charity is aware of its responsibilities for the public benefit. One of the Charity’s aim is to develop the skills of members of socially and economically disadvantages communities in London, and to enhance the spirituality of members

For this year, no serious incidence occurred within the charity this year to be reported.

We are grateful to God Almighty for keeping us safe under HIS shadow of protection for the last years till present time. By HIS grace and mercy, we sustained the years without any problems

Unfortunately, the church has still not been able to return the building where services were being held due to issues with the Landlord, and this has caused a bit of instability with our services as we have been moving from one venue to the other, which has been exceedingly difficult, we are still working on securing a new building which we can lease to worship from. We are praying and believing the Lord Almighty will make this happen soon.

We continue to conduct our services on zoom on weekly bases every Wednesdays for bible study, a Breakthrough service every Fridays and thanks-giving services every Sundays. As a church we try to keep our youths out of the street lecturing them at all these named days.

Due to the situation with our worship venue, and we have not been able to organise any recognisable charity event. However, we still did a few charity events by visiting and donating at charity Homes with Motherless babies and the Vulnerable ones. We were able to donate clothes, food, and some other materials to these Homes. We also did some in-house Charity by helping and supporting some of our members who needed financial assistance. We still stand strong in the Lord.

The following people served as trustees during the year:

By the power instil on our Leader by the Almighty and with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we will endeavour to carry on the good charitable work of God

Thank you, God.

Our motto remains as God is a spirit and they that worship must worship in spirit and truth. John 4: 24

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER’S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF CHERUBIM AND SERAPHIM ERITEDO EROMIMO LONDON LTD

I report on the accounts of the charity with Charity reference number 1182724 for the period ended 31[st] March 2025.

The charity’s trustees understand and know their responsibilities as trustees and consider that an Audit is not necessary and have opted for an independent examination of the accounts for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011.

It is my responsibility to:

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER’S STATEMENT

My examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the charity Commission. This includes a review of accounting records kept by the charity, examining any unusual items, and seeking explanation from the trustees.

The procedures undertaken does not provide all the evidence that would have been required in and Audit, and therefore no opinion is given in respect of the accounts presenting a True and Fair view.

In my examination, nothing has come to my attention that gives me cause to believe that the records and accounts which have been prepared do not comply or have not met the requirements of the Charity’s Act.
