Charity Event for the year Ending form April 2022 t0 March 2023
The Charity is aware of its responsibilities for the public benefit and to develop the skills of members of socially and economically disadvantages communities in London, and to enhance the spirituality of members
The trustees confirm that they have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit, the new policy information and serious incident procedures and they are committed to adhere to its contents and spirit.
We thank God Almighty yet again for HIS continuous unconditional love, protection, and blessings over us at Eritedo Eromimo Church.
The charity continues to generate its funds from voluntary donation from its members and have not raised funds from the public.
The Charity’s financial position is good currently and it can meet its expenditure, also the trustees see no uncertainties as members are all very committed to the cause the charity stands for.
The Charity currently holds no reserve currently.
This year 2022 has been a challenging year for us. In between we still tried to do some charities around our environment by donating clothes to the charity shops, gave food to the homeless units and some charities to some members of church who lost their loved ones. Our church was building was closed for 11 months due to some issue by the Landlord.
We have since been struggling to gain members back as some of them have started attending other churches due to the closure we had.
Glory be to God in the highest in heaven for our church seventh year Thanksgiving Anniversary approaching in April 2024. We pray and hope we return to our normal activities where we will be able to update the charity on time
As a charity church, we still do some charity works by looking after the motherless and the disabilities. Back in Africa. we also have some members who are jobless and still looking unto God for their status, we endeavour to take it upon ourselves to look after their welfare. This charity is always done every now and then. Also, to mention that as part of charity we, do donate to the Great Osmond hospital every month.
We were conducting our services on zoom on weekly bases every Wednesdays for bible study, a Breakthrough service every Fridays and thanks-giving services every Sundays. As a church we try to keep our youths out of the street lecturing them at all these named days
We also did a proper thanks-giving on the 15[th] of March 2023 to give praised to God for seeing us through the whole year to GOD Almighty our Beginning and End, our light and salvation and our protector.

Accountants' report to the directors of CHERUBIM AND SERAPHIM ERITEDO EROMIMO LONDON LTD
You consider that the company is exempt from an audit for the year ended 31 March 2023. You have acknowledged, on the balance sheet, your responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. These responsibilities include preparing accounts that give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company at the end of the financial year and of its profit or loss for the financial year.
In accordance with your instructions, we have prepared the accounts which comprise the Profit and Loss Account and the Balance Sheet from the accounting records of the company and on the basis of information and explanations you have given to us.
We have not carried out an audit or any other review, and consequently we do not express any opinion on these accounts.

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER’S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF CHERUBIM AND SERAPHIM ERITEDO EROMIMO LONDON LTD
I report on the accounts of the charity with Charity reference number 1182724 for the period ended 31[st] March 2023.
The charity’s trustees understand and know their responsibilities as trustees and consider that an Audit is not necessary and have opted for an independent examination of the accounts for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011.
It is my responsibility to:

Examine the accounts under Section 145 of the Charities Act and to follow the procedures laid down in the general directions given by the Charity Commission.

To state whether any matters have come to my attention and how it has been addressed.
INDEPENDENT EXAMINER’S STATEMENT
My examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the charity Commission. This includes a review of accounting records kept by the charity, examining any unusual items and seeking explanation from the trustees.
The procedures undertaken does not provide all the evidence that would have been required in and Audit, and therefore no opinion is given in respect of the accounts presenting a True and Fair view.
In my examination, nothing has come to my attention that gives me cause to believe that the records and accounts which have been prepared do not comply or have not met the requirements of the Charity’s Act.
