Charity Event for the year April 2020 to March 2021
We at Eritedo Eromimo Church thank God Almighty for His kind love, Protection and been in good health. As a church during this period, we couldn’t do a lot as church and individuals. All our services were done online due to the Pandemic. We tried as much as possible to reach all our members by calling them on phone and checking up on their welfare. Our priest also did a lot of distance visitation to the jobless members by giving the food items and vouchers were possible. Though we can’t help but keep praising God for His love on us due to a lot of death in the world.
A lot of bible sessions was also done online to keep the minds of members at ease that it can only be God to keep saving us and protecting us.
Overall, we bless God in all our endeavours. May God continue to keep us safe in Jesus name.
Our Motto says: God is a spirit and they that worship must worship in spirit and in truth.

You consider that the company is exempt from an audit for the year ended 31 March 2021. You have acknowledged, on the balance sheet, your responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. These responsibilities include preparing accounts that give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company at the end of the financial year and of its profit or loss for the financial year.
In accordance with your instructions, we have prepared the accounts which comprise the Profit and Loss Account and the Balance Sheet from the accounting records of the company and on the basis of information and explanations you have given to us.
We have not carried out an audit or any other review, and consequently we do not express any opinion on these accounts.

The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER’S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF CHERUBIM AND SERAPHIM ERITEDO EROMIMO LONDON LTD
I report on the accounts of the charity with Charity reference number 1182724 for the period ended 31[st] March 2021.
The charity’s trustees understand and know their responsibilities as trustees and consider that an Audit is not necessary and have opted for an independent examination of the accounts for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011.
It is my responsibility to:

Examine the accounts under Section 145 of the Charities Act and to follow the procedures laid down in the general directions given by the Charity Commission.

To state whether any matters have come to my attention and how it has been addressed.
INDEPENDENT EXAMINER’S STATEMENT
My examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the charity Commission. This includes a review of accounting records kept by the charity, examining any unusual items and seeking explanation from the trustees.
The procedures undertaken does not provide all the evidence that would have been required in and Audit, and therefore no opinion is given in respect of the accounts presenting a True and Fair view.
In my examination, nothing has come to my attention that gives me cause to believe that the records and accounts which have been prepared do not comply or have not met the requirements of the Charity’s Act.
