Activities
The charity has been set to provide swimming facilities in the county of Hertfordshire. Currently a feasabiltiy study is underway looking at the possibilty of building a pool and how it can beenfit the community as a whole.
Objects: The Charity's Objects (Objects) Are The Following:1) The Charity Is To Act For The Benefit Of The Public.1.1) To Promote Community Participation In Swimming, Open Water Swimming, Diving, Synchronised Swimming And Water Polo.1.2) To Advance Physical Education Through The Medium Of Swimming, Open Water Swimming, Diving, Synchronised Swimming And Water Polo.1.3) To Relieve People With Physical, Sensory And Mental Disabilities By Encouraging And Facilitating Participation In Sporting Activities, Sporting Programmes And Assisting In The Provision Of Training Facilities And Equipment Particularly In Relation To Swimming, Open Water Swimming, Diving, Synchronised Swimming And Water Polo.1.4) To Advance Health And The Saving Of Lives By The Provision Of Teaching And Training In Water Safety And Swimming Instruction.1.5) To Provide Access To Aquatics In Hertfordshire By The Construction Of Facilities In Order To Teach And Improve Swimming, Open Water Swimming, Diving, Synchronised Swimming And Water Polo.1.6) To Advance Any Other Purpose That Is Charitable In Accordance With The Laws Of England And Wales In Association With Swimming, Open Water Swimming, Diving, Synchronised Swimming And Water Polo.
