**Charitable Purpose:**
**The RowUK Foundation runs**
**programmes and events of recreational**
**physical activity for young people,**
**specifically related to the sport of rowing.**

**promote physical, mental and emotional**
**wellbeing, with an additional focus on**
**encouraging progression to further and**
**higher education, particularly for those**
**young people from disadvantaged**

**accounting year but received in this**
**accounting year. We had a small amount**
**of administrative costs but delivered no**
**charitable work. This was, in effect, a**
**year of hibernation whilst we waited for**
