The Charity was formed in March 2019 . The Charity is governed by a constitution The Charity is constituted as CIO - FOUNDATION 

The Charitable purposes of charity are: To advance the Christian faith in accordance 

with the statement of beliefs, to relieve the needs of persons who are in need due to age, sickness or financial hardship in such parts of Luton and the surrounding area, and in other parts of the world. 

To further these purposes for the public benefit, we carried out the following 

activities:

## ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE 

Significant activities Called to Love plans and carries out several activities throughout the year. These activities are tailored to suit different groups within the congregation and in the wider community where the church is based. All the activities singularly and collectively have the goal of equipping and strengthening individuals’ families and the community at large in the Christian faith. The Board of Trustees is grateful to the Church Board, leaders in various departments and the entire congregation for the excellent individual and collective effort in pursuit of the church's mission. 2025the year of Making corrections and realigning with God’s promises 

Below are the activities implemented in the reporting period. 

## Sunday Services 

Every Sunday there is a 3-hour church service for preaching, worship and prayer. These services hold at all our different venues, and they are open to everyone - regular attendees and believers alike. Different departments of the church such as the Praise and Worship Team, Information and Publicity, Ushering and Security Hospitality and Decorations Team, Pastoral Team, Church leadership (Elders and Deacons) all play important roles in delivering effective and spirit-filled services. 



## Men of Valour 

The church plans regular meetings for men with the objective of equipping men for their roles in families, the church and the society at large. MOV also participate in regional and national activities such as seminars and conferences. During the reporting period, the Men's meetings cover issues such as men's health, men and their families, men and money, men and careers, men and their roles in the church, among others. 

## Women of Valour 

Similarly, Ladies' activities are a key feature of the Assembly programme of work. These activities also include regional and national conferences, with the objective of empowering women with biblical principles for use in their roles in families, the church and community. Some of the teachings at Ladies Union meetings during the period were on parenting and raising children in a Christian environment, health and social care, a Christian woman at home and in society, prayer etc. This year more women have been coming together every Thursday to pay for children. 

## Youth Ministry 

The Assembly also hosts weekly meetings for youths and young adults which are meant enables them to learn more about the Gospel and facilitating them to live out their faith whilst contributing positively to their families, the church and the community. The youths also participate in regional and national events, while also playing crucial roles in community outreach and charity in the church through activities such as ushering and teaching in the children’s ministry 

## Children's Ministry. 

Children's Ministry Called to Love has a vibrant Ministry for children between the ages of 4 and 16 years. Classes for this ministry are conducted every Sunday the children also participate in regional and national activities which include music lessons and learning to play instruments 

In the reporting period, Called to Love had active missions in many areas as well as internationally we also continued to provide services below as previous years 

• Provided assistance with food packages and clothing to people in Zimbabwe 

- Building project in rural areas,health care assistance to many in needs, building of places of worship 

- Empowerment works and conferences held through the year in heath and Reach and 

## other towns 

- Conference and events held in the UK youth programmes and couples 

## seminars 

- Support and advise for Asylum seekers 

- Youth outreach programme 

- Travelled to Zimbabwe & South Africa providing training and mentoring 

- Zoom seminars and regular services for women prayer meetings 



Future Plans: 

• The church is praying for and has a desire to have a suitable own place of worship at the convenient time. The trustees continue to work with management board and all stakeholders to raise enough funds for the place of worship. 

• To continue conducting pastoral work including visiting the sick and the bereaved 

- Teaching Christianity through sermons, bible study and home groups 

• Teaching the youth Christian ethos and equipping them with the Word of God 

• Promoting the whole mission of the church through activities for the youth, ladies’ services, couples and children’s ministry and other groups 

• Supporting other charities in the UK and overseas Trustees will work hand in hand with church board to ensure fund raising, planning, and acquiring a place is achieved with minimum risks identified and addressed promptly. 

The trustees have read the Commission’s Public Benefit requirement statutory 

guidance and have had regard to this when running the charity. 

A review of the charity’s financial position at the end of the year: 

In the financial 2023 to 2024. The Charity had an income of £ **198 033** 

and an expenditure of £ 201229 .

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **31 / 07 / 2022** . 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
