## Activities

**Objects:** (1) TO PROMOTE THE PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE NATURAL, PHYSICAL AND BUILT ENVIRONMENT OF ROSSENDALE THROUGH HARDWORKING VOLUNTEERS PICKING LITTER AND REGENERATING AND MAINTAINING PUBLIC GARDENS AND SPACES.(2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE IMPORTANCE OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT.

**Activities:** Civic Pride Rossendale's aim is to make the Rossendale Valley a cleaner, tidier more colourful urban environment.Our volunteers do this by picking litter and by improving and maintaining public gardens. We maintain the ASDA embankment, the Metal Tree Bed, Trickett's Memorial Ground, Haslingden Road gardens, as well as many, many others. We also install and maintain the hanging baskets.
