**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION AND PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE GENERAL AREA OF TEIGNBRIDGE. THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND INFORMATION SERVICES TO PATIENTS, CARERS AND FAMILIES, COMPLEMENTING SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY SECTOR.

**Activities:** Volunteering in Health is a social prescribing health and wellbeing charity based in the local hospital.  We support lonely, isolated people in Teignmouth, Dawlish and Chudleigh in South Devon mainly through 1:1 home visits to help empower people to take more control over their own health and wellbeing.  Our volunteers support with transport to medical appointments, administration and befriending.
