Structure. governance and management
The Charity is constituted by Deed of TTUSI dated 19th December 2000. The powers of the charity, vthich is
unineorporated, are sel out in f(5 Trust Deed and in the amending deed dated 15th March 2001.

The charity trustees are responsible for Ihg general control and management of the charity. The trustees give
their lime freely and receive no remuneration OT Other financial benefits.
The exisb.ng Injstees are responsible for the recruitment of new trustees. New trustees receive inforrnation as
laid down by the Charity Commission and induction by the Chair of Trustees
Objectives and activities
The objectives of this charity are to provide relief of poverty or financial hardship among fK)meless people
living in Greater London in particular but not exdu&vely by providing bedding, clothing and personal care
1tems to reliève their needs.
Achievement and performance
We achieve the Charity objectives by ralsing funds through x)¢ial media and campaigns in order lo create
Core packages ¢onsisling of bedding, clothing and personal care items. Distributing care packages to
homeless people in the Greater London area. Vve have 81s0 presented our charity and it's objectives lo some
corporate companies who have thereafter provided donaliofi8 lo us.
Financial revlew and investment policy
RoseNes policy
It is the policy of the Charity that unrestricted funds which have not been desigftated for a specific use should
be maintained at a level equivalent to between three and six months expenditure. The trustees consider that
funds al this level will ensure that in the event of a significant drop in fjjnding they wll be able to continue the
Charity's current activities while consideration is given to ways in thich additional funds may be raised. The
level of reserves has fallen below thislgvel at the year end.

The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparalion of the accounts. The charitys trustees
consider that an audrt is not required for this year under section 144(21 of the Charities Act 2011
(the Act) and that an independent examination is needed.

Voluntary income is received by way of donations and gfft8 8nd 18 included in fu11 in the

Resources Expended

cannot be recovered and is included in the Idevant costs in the statement of finanaal actfv￿es.
Direct expenditure comprise the cost of donations made,. other expenditure I￿1[KIeS costs
incurred by the charity in delivery of its activities and services for its beneficiaiies. Governan
sts are those Sn¢urred in connection wth the administration of the charity and compliance with
the constitution81 and st8tLrtory requirements.
Fund Accounting
General funds are unrestri(*ed funds which are available for use * th8 discretion of the
Trustees in tt)e furtherance of the general objectives of the charity and which have not been
designated for othei purposes.
Restricted funds are funds whieh are subject to spe¢tfic conditions by donors as to how they
may be used.
