Annual Report & Notes to the accounts:
Last year, due to the Covid Pandemic, the Trustees had not been able to continue with thier usual activities and events due to lockdowns and many of the beneficiaries being in the more vulnerable category due to age and/or disability.
Fortunately 2021/22 saw a return to face-to-face events and activity sessions and the trustees were able to return to providing two events and inctease the number of sessions and types of activity offered.
The funds in the bank were sufficient to cover the year's activites without the need to seek additional funding.
The Trustees continue to work closely with the local NHS to help them by providing opportunities for them to engage with local residents. This work included becoming involved in the Health Inequalities work, specifically those that are digitally excluded making accessing NHS and council departments more difficult. 2 iPads were purchased to sid this work.
The Trusees are grateful to Carpenter & Co Colicitors of Wallington for sponsoring the printing costs of our activity calendar.
