**Activities:** The Charity works within the London Borough of Sutton to work towards allieviating loneliness and isolation in older people and those with disabilities by providing information and advice on how to live life more actively. Working with GP's on Social prescribing. Providing events for older people to signpost them to available help and activity sessions to aid health & wellbeing.
