Achievements & Performance durin8 the year
During the year, the charty has continued the legacy of the unincorporated Morley & DSstrict Llon5 Club, which
received its Charterfrom Llons Clubs International on 10 February 1978.
The relationship wtth the Morley Neighbourho¢xt Team. which bring5 t￿ether the NHS and Social Servlces. to assist
the neediest in the local communlty has continued.
The charity continued to collett unwanted spectacles for recyclin8 before being sent to third world countries.
By the end of the year. the membership of the Club had decreased to 6.
Financial Review
Income ha5 ex￿eded ojrrent expenditu￿ by £lll.01.
Reserves Policy
The policy of the charty is, wherever p)ssible. to distribute income received as qulckly as posslble, retsining a
minimum reserve for administration expenses and unexpected requests forassistante.
Excludlng restrlcted furKIs, the balance carried forward to the 2024125 year is £5,809.71, which Is a prudent reserve

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity (Yhe Trust") for the year ended 30106 12024.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance wrth the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
I'the Act-}
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5){b) of the Act.

examiner's statement I have completed my exafflination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection wtth the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
ofthe Chanties Act. or
the accounls did not accord wtth the accounting records., or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
con￿ming the fomi and content of accounts set out in the Chartties
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
