**Objects:** THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN THE MPIGI DISTRICT, WESTERN UGANDA, INCLUDING BY PROVIDING: GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO ST JOHN LEONARD’S SCHOOL AND ARCHBISHOP KIWANUKA SCHOOL WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE PUPILS OF SUCH SCHOOLS.

**Activities:** To further develop long term educational prospects for the communities of St John Leonard's School and Archbishop Kiwanuka School, both situated in the Mpigi District, Western Uganda. Primarily this will be through supporting pupils that come from severely disadvantaged backgrounds to attend both primary and secondary school and by supporting community based projects.
