A new relationship was developed with NGO Animed in March to S&N stray and owned dogs in the region of Arad. A further relationship was developed in July with a rescuer with the sole purpose to S&N. Therefore, the number of spayed dogs was lower than anticipated for this financial year due to the late development of the relationships. The figure of neutered dogs does not include those of the supported rescuers, which are categorised under “outgoing vet costs”
